REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Proposals addressed to the City of Searcy, Arkansas, will be received at Searcy City Hall, 401 West Arch Avenue, Searcy Arkansas, until 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, August 05, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing all labor all equipment, and performing all work required for Residential and Commercial Curbside Recycling Services.
The attention of bidders is called to the fact that a Solid Waste Hauler must be licensed by the appropriate Solid Waste Licensing Board(s) before he may undertake work in Arkansas. The successful firm shall comply with requirements of this Arkansas Law.

Proposals will be considered on the basis of cost, the bidder’s financial responsibility, his equipment, and his past performance in completing similar work. Any firm, if selected, will then submit a contract to the city for negotiation. If a contract cannot be successfully negotiated between all parties the negotiations shall cease and the city may elect to begin negotiations with an alternate firm.
The City of Searcy reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be for their best interest.
