RFP No.: 25-26/35, Multi-User Flight Information Display System
This notice serves to correct the Request for Proposals (RFP) advertisement published on
June 26, 2026, which contained an incorrect RFP reference number and Pre-proposal Time.
The advertisement incorrectly referenced RFP No. 25-26/25 and listed the Pre- proposal time
as 10:300 a.m.
The correct RFP reference number for this project is RFP No. 25-26/35 and the correct Pre-
proposal time is 10:30 a.m.
This correction applies only to the RFP reference number and Pre-proposal time. All other
information contained in the original advertisement remains unchanged.
Please find the attached corrected Advertisement Notice for this project, which reflects
the correct RFP reference number and Pre-proposal time.

The Port of Oakland (sometimes referred to herein as "Buyer") is soliciting proposal
from qualified firms to provide Multi-User Flight Information Display System, (RFP
No. 25-26/35), to be delivered online via Liquid Files to the Purchasing Department,
(Attention: Nickulaus Sioson, nsioson@portoakland.com). Proposal will be accepted
until 11:00 a.m. on August 6, 2026.
A Mandatory Pre-proposal Zoom Meeting will be held on:
July 14, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (Pacific Time)

The goal of the RFP process is select a qualified vendors to implement and manage
all of the following systems/databases for the Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport
("OAK" or "Airport"): (1) Multi-User Flight Information Display System (MUFIDS); (2)
Content Management System (CMS); (3) Airport Operational Database (AODB); and
(4) Resource Management System (RMS).
The services shall be provided by a single entity under a single contract, if an award is
made.
The Port will accept and review all proposals received that meet the minimum
requirements. It is the intent to select the best proposal to serve the Airport and its
stakeholders.
