PUBLIC NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Marion County, Arkansas, this project will consist of double layer chip and seal resurfacing of 1.3 miles on MC 4010s, this project is also disaster repairs from recent disasters in Marion County.
Procedures for selection of a contractor to complete the project will be in accordance with County and State procurement requirements. All proposals will be evaluated in terms of experience, performance, capability, costs and proximity. The project will consist of a double layer chip and seal resurfacing of 1.3 miles on MC 4010. Marion County will begin negotiations with the respondent submitting the lowest bid for the project.
Interested parties are invited to secure an RFP package from Ms. Tina Cole at NWAEDD, Inc., by e-mail contact tcole@nwaedd.org , or by calling 870-741-3678.
All interested parties must submit their response to the RFP package to Tina M Cole, 818 Hwy 62/412-65N, Harrison, AR 72601, no later than 12 Noon on August 5th, 2025, bids will be opened at the Marion County Courthouse Annex at 2:00 pm on August 5th, 2025.
