Description
The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor and materials to complete the Construction of Infrastructure for Downtown Terrace. More specifically, the project will consist of 1.75 acres of clearing, for townhouse development with 2¿ & 4¿ watermain, 8¿ sewer main, concrete paving & 15,000 SF of permeable pavers.
