    The Department of Administration – Fleet and Surplus Services intends to purchase one (1) EXV2 AC Drive Electric Vehicle – two (2) Patriot Toolbox Trucks and three (3) Patriot Electric vehicles.

    E-Ride Industries is not only the original manufacturer but the Sole Source of the following Products: All e-ride Industries models and options including but not limited to: EXV2 AC Patriot, EXV4 4 passenger, and all options and accessories that go into each model. e-ride Industries is the Sole Source of the item(s) and/or service(s) listed above, and no other company or firm sells or distributes such item(s) and/or service(s). There is no other product or vehicle in the market that meets the specifications of the vehicle that is needed for the specific use on the Capital Grounds and roads. This includes a street legal enclosed cab with HVAC system that can travel on city streets, sidewalks and grounds area, and through capital tunnels. Additionally, the vehicle meets DOT safety requirements with the Braking System, Cab visibility, Safety impact protection, Electrical and heated propulsion charging systems, full size street tires, and DOT rated safety belts, etc. and tested for the harsh MN weather conditions
