COC Tents and Chairs

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect under Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025.

The acquisition will be conducted as 100% total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is "532289, All Other Consumer Goods Rental" with the Small Business size standard $12.5 million.

This requirement is for rental of Tents and folding chairs at Fort Bragg, NC. See attached performance Work Statement for additional information.

Submission: Quotes are due via email NLT 13 August 2025, 1200PM (NOON), EST. No telephonic quotes will be accepted. All quotes must be submitted to adebowale.o.goyea.mil@army.mil & tyrone.f.burnette.mil@army.mil. Quotes MUST be good for sixty {60) calendar days after submission.
