Crest Ridge Bond Projects - Centerview, MO

1.1 PROJECT INFORMATION

A. Notice to Bidders: Qualified bidders may submit bids for project as described in this Document. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders.

1. Regulatory Requirements: All Contractors and Subcontractors shall conform to State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, Annual Wage Order No. 32, Section 051, Johnson County in accordance with Section 290.262 RSMo 2000. All Contractors and Subcontractors shall conform to the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law Sections 290.550 to 290.580 Public Works during Excessive Unemployment. if such provision applies to this Project.

B. Project Identification: Crest Ridge Elementary

1. Project Location: Centerview, Missouri.

C. Owner: Johnson County R-7 School District, Missouri.

1. Owner's Representative: Dr. Heather Gross, Superintendent.

D. Architect: incite Design Studio LLC.

1. Owner's Architectural Representative: John Davis, Project Manager, incite Design Studio LLC.

E. Project Description: Project consists of providing labor, materials and equipment to Construct a building addition and roof replacement, site concrete and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents for the elementary building.

1. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $3,000,000.00.

F. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work:

1. General Contract (all trades).

1.2 BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING

A. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

1. Bid Date: Monday, September 22nd, 2025.

2. Bid Time: 2:00 p.m., local time.

3. Location: Crest Ridge High School 92 MO-58, Centerview, MO 64019

B. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

1.3 BID SECURITY

A. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.

PREBID MEETING

4. Prebid Meeting: A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at Crest Ridge High School 92 MO-58,Centerview, MO 64019, on Tuesday, September 9th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend.

1. Bidders' Questions: Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions received up to two business days prior to conference.

1.5 DOCUMENTS

A. Online Procurement and Contracting Documents: Available and obtain access after September 1st, 2025 by contacting Drexel Technologies, Inc. at projectbids.drexeltech.com . Online access will be provided to all registered bidders and suppliers.
