The St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) is seeking submittals from qualified and licensed General Contractors to perform repairs and functional upgrades to Building #7, located within the District Headquarters compound. This project will involve comprehensive interior renovations, code compliance updates, and infrastructure improvements aimed at restoring the building’s integrity and enhancing its operational functionality. The estimate budget is $120,000.
Interested and qualified Respondents are invited to submit a complete submittal package in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed in this solicitation. Submittals must address all elements of the Scope of Work and comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
