Sealed proposals from qualified CONTRACTORS for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, means, and performing all work to complete the "Schon Park Improvements, Phase 3" will be received by the Village of Glen Carbon, 151 North Main St., on or before 2:00 P.M., local time, on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The scope of work for this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct pickleball, tennis, and basketball court facilities in Schon Park consisting of site grading, new post-tensioned concrete court slabs, court surfacing, court netting and goal systems, new court perimeter fencing and gates, concrete flatwork, stormwater control features, backfill and vegetation reestablishment, new site landscaping, and other incidental and collateral items necessary to complete the work as described above in accordance with the plans, specifications and special provisions.
