Vehicle Towing, Storage, Maintenance & Disposal Services District of Puerto Rico

This is a FAR 13.501 Sole Source Justification document for the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Asset Forfeiture Division (AFD) to award a sole source contract to Prime Air Corp. for vehicle services in Puerto Rico.
