Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) seeks a supplier to remove and reinstall a golf simulator hitting screen and surrounding structure at its Golf Performance Center. Supplier must remove and replace the flooring, hitting pad and turf associated with the hitting structure. The hitting mat should be no less than 8’ x4’. Suppliers can propose either purchased ‘off-the-shelf’ solutions or customized & constructed options. The Supplier must provide the framework for and replace the existing hitting screen. Hitting screen shall be no less than 16’ W and 10’ H. Supplier should provide description of their proposed solution and any surrounding structure.
In addition to the hitting screen and structure, the Supplier is also asked to provide any proposed bid alternates or other improvements to the overall player experience within the golf simulator room. The golf simulator room is approximately 24’ 9” x 19’ 7” and interested suppliers can schedule a visit to see the facility as necessary to create their proposals. Any improvements should including free standing equipment and/ or light renovation to the existing space so as to not significantly impact the existing infrastructure. ISU is under no obligation to accept the proposed alternates. Suppliers should read all materials carefully and note the due date. Suppliers must submit all questions in the "Questions" tab related to this bid opportunity. Bid responses will ONLY be accepted online via ISUBid.
