Description:

The Woodlands Township is requesting proposals from Consultants and/or other qualified

vendors, who are pre-certified by TxDOT for identified services, to provide The Woodlands Township civil

engineering services and project management services for a 4.6-mile shared-use path from the Harper's

Landing community in The Woodlands to SH 242 and then continue from I-45 to FM 1488. The project

(official name: SH 242 SUP - Connecting The Woodlands through Active Transportation) has been awarded

through the TxDOT 2023 Transportation Alternatives grant program. All work must conform to various

Federal and State requirements including but not limited to 23 CFR Part 172.
