NAVAL AIR STATION KINGSVILLE, TEXAS - RUNWAY 35L-17L RUBBER REMOVAL AND PARKING APRON STRIPING: The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible SERVICE-DISABLED,VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) offeror whose proposal represents the lowest evaluated price and otherwise conforms to the solicitation. Bid Guarantee, Payment and Performance Bonds are required. NAICS: 237310. PSC: Z1BD. Project magnitude is between $500,000-$1,000,000. Site Visit is Thursday 18 December 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (CST).
