DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AND ZONING ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE NO. 2753-26
ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MILLBURN, COUNTY OF ESSEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY AUTHORIZING A PUCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT WITH COLEMAUR ENTERPRISES FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP IDENTIFIED AS BLOCK 1212, LOT 24 AND COMMONLY KNOWN BY THE STREET ADDRESS

Public Notice is hereby given that the foregoing ordinances were adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Millburn, in the County of Essex, New Jersey at a meeting of said Township Committee held on June 2, 2026. A copy of the ordinances in full is available in the Millburn Township Clerk's Office located in Millburn Town Hall, 22 E. Willow, Millburn, NJ 07041.
