Overview
The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop SCDES-approved Watershed Based Plans for City-approved projects.
The City has received FEMA grant funding to develop a SCDES-approved Watershed Based Plan that incorporates the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Nine Elements. The plan will identify pollution sources, estimate load reductions, and outline management measures, educational components, and resource needs. Additionally, it will establish an implementation and monitoring schedule, measurable milestones, success criteria, and a comprehensive monitoring plan.
