Sealed bids will be received by the Borough Clerk of the Borough of New Providence, Union County, New Jersey no later than 10:00 A.M. prevailing time, Tuesday, April 22, 2025 in Third Floor Conference Room, 360 Elkwood Ave, New Providence, New Jersey 07974 for:

Bids must be submitted in standard proposal form and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder on the outside addressed to the Borough Clerk, Borough of New Providence, 360 Elkwood Ave., New Providence, New Jersey 07974. The Borough will not be responsible for late mail deliveries and no bids will be accepted after the time stipulated in the NOTICE TO BIDDERS.

A Bid Security is required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check, made payable to the Borough of New Providence.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of any and all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations and requirements, including but not limited to:  N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (Statement of Ownership Disclosure); N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Affirmative Action); N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), and the Borough’s adopted minimum standard insurance requirements.

The New Providence Mayor and Council reserves the right to award Contract in its sole discretion and further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any irregularities, and decide as to responsibility of the bidders.
