Description
This notice advises that subject to the availability of funds, the Government intends to solicit and establish a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order for a service agreement for Azenta laboratory equipment to only one source, Azenta US, Inc. (Azenta) under the authority of 41 U.S.C 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii).
