Old Bardstown Road at Hillock Drive Realignment

Project Description: Old Bardstown Road at Hillock Drive Realignment includes reconstruction of River Road to a 4-lane facility from Clay Street to Zorn Ave. This project includes new sidewalks, a new multi-use path, and a new light at River Road and Edith Road. . Bidders and subcontractors must be prequalified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and possess a Certificate of Eligibility at the time of the bid opening. All other subcontractors must be prequalified when accepting subcontracts. Bidder is required to furnish a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid. The Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 9th, 2026 at 12:00 PM at 444 S 5th St Room 101.
