DESCRIPTION: The New York State Olympic Regional Development Authority (Olympic Authority) will receive sealed bids for Project Number EXO.24.005 titled Hourly Term Contracts for Multiple Trades at the time and location as identified in the Project Manual’s Invitation to Bidders, Schedule of Important Dates and Time. The Olympic Authority strongly encourages that bids be hand delivered as the rural location of Olympic Authority’s facility can impact timely mail delivery.

The intent of this bid is that a contract will be signed with selected contractors to engage and complete specific construction trade related projects on a time and material basis, each with a value not to exceed $75,000. The total contract remuneration will not exceed $500,000. Successful bidders will be awarded an Hourly Term Contract for work to be completed on a time and material basis. Each separate project will be issued based on estimated time and materials and is called a “Release”. The contract will be issued for a period of one (1) year with an opportunity to for two renewals.

Separate contracts will be issued for the following trades:

1. General Contracting
2. Site Work/Underground Utilities
3. Asphalt Paving
4. Roofing
5. Door & Door Hardware
6. Electrical (Low Voltage)
7. Plumbing
8. HVAC
9. Fire Protection

Invitation to Bidders: 16 June 2025

Pre-Bid Meeting*: 24 June 2025 at 10:00 AM (Local Time)

End of Questions: 07 July 2025 at 4:00 PM (Local Time)

Bids Due: 10 July 2025 at 2:00 PM (Local Time)

*Pre-Bid Meeting shall be online. Invitations shall be sent to Registered Bidders.

Bidding Documents and Registered Bidders

Only Registered Bidders shall be allowed to submit a Bid. To become a Registered Bidder and to obtain Bidding Documents the following information shall be submitted: Organizational Name and Mailing Address, Primary and Secondary Contact Names, Phone Numbers and Email Addresses. (Secondary Contact is MANDATORY)

It is the policy of the State of New York and the Olympic Authority to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy
