General
1.1
The following revisions are hereby added as Addendum No. 1 to the referenced Project Manual and Plans
and shall be considered when preparing bids.

Clarifications to Project Manual
2.1
The Pre Bid Meeting will be rescheduled to Tuesday, January 6th at 11:00 a.m. and the Bid Opening will be
rescheduled to Tuesday, January 20th at 11:00 a.m. taking place at Littleville Town Hall located at 1810
George Wallace Hwy, Russellville, AL 35654.

Acknowledgement of Receipt
3.1 Receipt of Addendum No. 1 shall be acknowledged in two ways:
3.1.1 Note on Page 1A of the Proposal Form – Bidder acknowledges receipt of “Addendum No. 1” and
date of December 10th, 2025”.
AND
3.1.2 EMAIL the completed transmittal cover sheet to celina.beck@gmcnetwork.com to
Acknowledge receipt of the Addendum.
