The Lexington VA Healthcare System has a requirement for a contractor to provide construction services for Project # 596-25-104 - CLC Road Repaving in accordance with the Statement of Work, Project Specifications and Drawings.
The project work will include general construction, alterations, walks, site utility, road demolition, paving, and necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. Add Alternate, Parking Lot scope of work which includes earthwork, compaction, electrical, and paving.
NAICS Code 237310 is applicable to this requirement. The Small Business size standard is $45M.
The estimate range of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00
This requirement will be procured by way of FAR Part 14, as Seal Bidding selection process. The evaluation factors under consideration for this requirement will be available upon the solicitation release, which is anticipated to be on or by March 26, 2025.
This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d). To be considered for award, Contractors must be registered, and CVE verified in SBA VetCert at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov.
In addition to the requirements as set forth in the solicitation notice (to be issued), the proposed contractor must also be determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9. The Contracting Officer will determine responsibility prior to award any award being made.
