Subject: Invitation to Bid# 306: Pearl Lower Elementary Cafeteria Serving Lines
Pearl Public School District invites you to submit a bid for Pearl Lower Elementary. You are invited to
submit a bid in accordance with the information contained herein.
Vendors who are interested in bidding, must register their intent to bid at the following URL.

The purpose for intent to bid is to make sure all interested bidders receive updates to the RFP, Questions
and Answers.
Bid submission will be accepted starting on May 20th- June 8th, 2026. THERE WILL BE A
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT FOR ALL BIDDERS TO REVIEW
ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING REQUIREMENTS. PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS SHOULD CONTACT
JEREMY BERRY AT (601) 932-7956 TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT THE
JOBSITE(S). IT IS THE JOINT RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDERS AND THE SCHOOL DISTRICT
TO ENSURE INCOMING ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING FROM THE FACILITY ARE
COMPATIBLE WITH THAT OF THE SPECIFIED EQUIPMENT. SIGNED VERIFICATION OF SITE
VISIT TO BE ATTACHED WITH BID.

jjberry@pearlk12.com. Questions will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday June 4, 2026.
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30p.m.

the web site for any addenda that might be issued for this solicitation. The district cannot not be
responsible for a vendor not receiving information provided in any addendum.
