LEE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI - NOTICE OF DEBRIS MONITORING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
The Lee County Board of Supervisors shall receive sealed Proposals from qualified Debris Monitoring Firms
until 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday, June 8, 2026, to establish a Contract(s) with a Debris Monitoring
Contractor(s). The sealed Proposals may be mailed to Lee County Board of Supervisors P.O. Box 1785
Tupelo, MS 38802 Attention: Elizabeth Johnson OR may be hand delivered to Lee County Board of
Supervisors Office 300 West Main Street Tupelo, MS 38802 by 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday, June 8, 2026.
No electronic or facsimile copies of the RFP will be accepted. Firms interested in responding
can obtain an RFP by contacting Elizabeth Johnson at (662)432-2020 or by email at
ejohnson@leecountyms.gov. The Proposals shall include at a minimum, information from the Firm such
as debris monitoring qualifications, integrity, compliance with public policy, past performance, technical
and financial resources knowledge of federal and state grant guidelines, experience, and capacity for
performance. Firm shall submit an original and four (4) copies of their sealed Proposal for consideration
by Lee County and shall include a .pdf document saved on jump drive. Proposals must be submitted in a
sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the words Response to Lee County
Debris Monitoring RFP, the date and time of the Proposal opening “June 8, 2026, 2:00 p.m.” and the
Name of the Firm Submitting the Proposal”.
