The scope of work generally consists of the demolition and removal of all above and below grade infrastructure associated with property improvements, site clearing, grading and seeding. Contractor will be responsible for obtaining all required permits and complying with all City and State codes and requirements. This will be a one-year contract with an option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods.
