REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

RFQ-26-002 – PROFESSIONAL SERVICES MASTER AGREEMENT

Fiscal Years 2026 and 2027

The City of Lewiston is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified individuals and firms interested in providing professional services under a Professional Services Master Agreement for Fiscal Years 2026 and 2027. At the City’s sole discretion, the Agreement may be extended for up to three (3) additional one-year terms. The evaluation process will follow the schedule outlined in this RFQ.
