Project Description: Online Sealed Bids will be received by the LEHIGH COUNTY AUTHORITY via the PennBid Program until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on February 2, 2026, for the Leigh County Authority Water Treatment Plant HVAC Upgrades. All bids will be publicly opened online and posted for the:

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on January 12, 2026, at the Lehigh County Authority Water Treatment Plant, located at 1300 Martin Luther King Jr Dr, Allentown, PA, 18102. Bids from parties not present at the pre-bid conference and site visit will not be accepted.
Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form) or certified check for ten percent of the Bid total.
It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum of (5) years’ experience and at least (10) completed projects of similar nature to the Work required by this Project.
