Synopsis:
|
|
The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional services, hardware, software, and support for the upgrade of the existing Honeywell WEBs Building Management System (BMS) from Niagara AX to Niagara 4 at the Painted Hand Casino in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. This upgrade must ensure continuity of service, integration with existing subsystems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, fire safety), minimal disruption to operations, and full compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards

The Scope of Service involves the upgrade of all existing BMS components from Honeywell WEBs Niagara AX to Niagara 4 at the Painted Hand Casino, This shall involve the following:

Upgrade of all BMS supervisory and field-level controllers to support Honeywell WEBs Niagara 4.

Migration of all configurations, schedules, trends, alarms, and graphics from Niagara AX to Niagara 4.

Replacement of all non-compatible JACE controllers with JACE 8000.

Ensure continued operation of all integrated systems (HVAC, lighting, fire alarm interface, etc.).

Enhance cybersecurity posture and ensure compliance with SIGA IT standards.
