This action is conducted under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a Single Source, as the services are reasonably available from only one source. A notice of intent was posted and responses were reviewed. The contracting officer has determined that the identified vendor is the only know source than can meet the SEC's requirement.
