Installation and Programming of Asentria SiteBoss 550 Remote Site Managers at USGS Microwave Radio Relay Sites

The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions and extend RFQ due date until 07/21/2025 1500PST. No additional questions may be allowed.

Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0156.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 dated 06/11/2025.

This requirement is set-aside small business.

NAICS: 541519, Other Computer Related Services, associated standard of size is $34 million

Place of Performance: See Statement of Work, Part V Place of Performance.

Period of Performance for estimate only: 09/01/2025 to 08/31/2026.

Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on tradeoff method.

Offerors must have an active SAM registration and submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate their capability to perform the required services. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration.

1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc on Block 13 to 16 and FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 check marks and signature
2. Firm, fixed price quote
3. Technical submission including technical qualifications and experience sufficient for government to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work
4. Listings of prior relevant and recent contracts and projects with description and customer contacts
