SOLE SOURCE / NOTICE OF INTENT
The 19th Contracting Squadron, Little Rock AFB, AR 72099, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Flex Force Enterprises, LLC. The acquisition will be executed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. See attached redacted Sole Source Justification for additional details.
The requirement is to provide the following:
CLIN 0001: #RAW10760 CBL, Cigarette, External 12-32V Power Dronebuster Block 3B, 4 and SNA
CLIN 0002: #FIG 11463 Soft Case, Dronebuster SNA and Block 4
CLIN 0003: Shipping Charges, Dronebuster
CLIN 0004: #FIGDRONEBUSTER_BLK4_PNT Dronebuster Block 4 System with PNT (SNA) Hand held cUAS with PNT Attack, handle, batteries
CLIN 0005: #FIGDB_DTI Dronebuster Detect, Track, and Identify System
CLIN 0006: #RAW 11849 Cellular phone, Samsung, Galaxy S23, 128GB, Black
This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email to caleb.munyi.ke@us.af.mil with a copy to amanda.davenport.2@us.af.mil no later than 08 September 2025 at 10:00AM Standard Central Time. Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not be reimbursed by the Government. Additionally, the information received will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
