Description:
The work to be done consists of constructing upgrades to the storm water system piping and catch basin structures along Laurel Street from 4th Avenue to 3rd Avenue. Also included are relocations to the water & sewer system to accommodate the storm water system upgrades along with paving, sidewalk and curbing replacements.
