This project is to provide automatic sprinklers protection for the remaining portion of the second floor of the Sioux City Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse that is not sprinkled.
This solicitation is available to contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6 under Small Business (SB) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), for Construction Services for the geographical area of Iowa.
