Description

The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) seeks a contractor to inspect, identify, and mitigate water leaks in the basement walls of Building D, Room D-025. The project involves non-destructive testing (NDT) to locate voids, cavities, and structural irregularities across 1,350 square feet of concrete walls. The contractor will waterproof cracks and voids using advanced materials and techniques, addressing the root cause of water intrusion. Deliverables include pre- and post-repair reports with detailed findings, data analysis, and professional recommendations. Contractors must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and adhere to applicable codes and regulations. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
