Addendum #3 has been posted along with the first set of Q&As, RFI Responses. Please note, Engineer/Design Q&A will be posted EOB 3/18/25 (See Amendment #3). OPTIONAL Pre-Response Site Visit is rescheduled for February 27, 2025 at 11:30 AM. Details provided in the ITB Addendum #2. The intent of this project is to renovate the existing building 4 (formerly a gymnasium) to expand EFSC’s Aerospace Technology and Aviation Maintenance Technology Programs and relocate the latter from the Melbourne airport to the Titusville campus. Building 4 will be renovated to include specialized labs, classrooms, office space etc. to accommodate the programs. In addition, a 15,000 square foot prefabricated hangar will be added to the existing building, per design specifications.
