NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

INVITATION FOR BIDS

The State of Maine, Department of Administrative and Financial Services,

Bureau of General Services (BGS) is conducting a competitive bid process

for Building Envelope Upgrades at the Green Barn at the Dorothea Dix

Psychiatric Center Campus (DDPC) in Bangor, Maine. Bids are due no

later than 1:30p.m. 24 March 2026; and will be opened and read aloud by

the Bureau of General Services at 2:00 p.m. 24 March 2026.

This project includes, but is not limited to, structural concrete and wood

framing repairs, and siding roofing and window replacements of the

existing timber framed barn structure.
