To provide a repair of the Pharmacy Chiller located in Building 201 at the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (VA SORCC). This is not a total replacement of the chiller, nor is it a “Construction Project” that requires the ‘Division 1’ requirements, technical specifications, and ‘General Conditions’ type burdens that typically come with a General Contracted Construction Contract.
