The Town of Concord is inviting proposals from qualified laboratories to provide drinking water laboratory testing services in support of the Town's regulatory compliance requirements. The objective of this procurement is to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant analysis of drinking water samples in accordance with all applicable Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection ("MassDEP") and federal requirements.

The Town of Concord operates a public water system that requires routine and periodic laboratory testing for a variety of parameters, including but not limited to inorganic, organic, microbiological, and other regulated drinking water constituents. Services shall be performed by laboratories certified by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection for applicable testing methods.

The Town anticipates awarding one or more contracts for multiple categories of laboratory testing services. Each category of testing will be identified as a separate lot within this RFP, allowing qualified laboratories to submit proposals for one or more areas of service based on their certifications and capabilities.
