The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from contractors for the replacement of HVAC equipment at the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Lowell Housing Authority.Â

The Project consists of: labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to successfully replace two boilers and one indirect water heater.

A Pre-Bid Site Visit will take place on September 22, 2026 @ 10:00 AM at 330 Suffolk Street, Lowell, MA 01854.
