Worldwide Lubrication Program

Contract Award Notice for MSC Worldwide Lubrication Program for lubricants and related engineering support services. The lube oil products include diesel engine oils, marine steam turbine oil, marine gas turbine oil, gear oil, hydraulic fluid, compressor oil, and greases. The Government is contracting not only for specific products and services, but also for the availability and delivery of these products and services on a worldwide basis within specific time constraints defined by the planned contract. The Contractor shall provide products and services on a worldwide basis for MSC and United States Ship (USS) Navy ships and any other Government-owned or Government-chartered ship designated by MSC. Services under the scope of the planned contract include engineering support services (e.g., shipboard, technical, and training service calls). This contract was solicited as Full and Open Competitive requirement that will be a single, FP-EPA, IDIQ D-type contract that consists of a five year (5) ordering period and five (5) one-year options.
