A pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2025, 11:00 a.m., at the center of Consett Court, located between 8200 and 8201 Consett Court, Severn, Maryland 21144. The purpose of this meeting is to provide prospective responders with the opportunity to clarify any questions they may have regarding the project. All potential responders are requested to attend this meeting; however, attendance is not a requirement for submitting a proposal.
