100 E Waterline Replacement Project

Project Description: American Fork City Public Works, Engineering Division, “City” is soliciting proposals from qualified firm(s) “Proposer” to provide engineering, design, bidding, and construction management to replace the existing 8” waterline in 100 E (Alpine Highway) between 740 North and 1120 North, known as the 100 E Waterline Replacement Project.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes all activities necessary to develop and deliver a fully operational municipal system design. The scope of work is listed in Section II. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Waterline Design: Detailed engineering and hydraulic evaluation of anticipated 8” pipe replacement, comprehensive site plan, profile design, tie ins, and progress meetings.
• Bid Support: Pre-bid conference agenda, attendance, and review bids.
• Construction Management: Project observation and engineering support & UDOT inspection, reporting and compliance.
SITE OF WORK: The site of the WORK is approximately 100 E between 740 North and 1120 North (to the north side of the intersection), AMERICAN FORK, UT 84003.
Bids for this project will be received electronically through the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P)/Euna website until November 18, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. local time.
