Refrigerant Leak Repairs to two (2) York Chillers, Model YKECESQ7-ERG. Repairs include: recover and weigh refrigerant, remove leaking discharge butterfly valve and install new butterfly valve. Leak repair will need to be pressure tested to check to make sure the repair is successful. A vacuum will need to be put on the chiller to ensure all the moisture and non condensable are out of the system. Refrigerant will be put back in the chillers once the vacuum level has reached sufficient microns. A new oil educator is needed on one of the chillers due to it not running correctly. Oil will need to be removed and oil pump taken apart to replace the oil educator. All Material and labor charges must be included in vendor's bid. There is a mandatory site visit for vendors on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 1pm for vendors to view the chillers.
