Project Description: The Board of Trustees of the Galveston Wharves, Galveston, Texas (“Galveston Wharves”) is seeking qualifications and proposals on the terms set out in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), from:
Vendors capable of providing a new Caterpillar 320 Long Reach Excavator (or equivalent) on an Amphibious platform designed to work on wet/muddy conditions. This is a hydraulic reach excavator.
