BID NOTICE

The City of Cookeville is accepting bids for a full-catered meal and service for the Father Daughter Date Night 2026 on Friday, February 20th, Saturday, February 21st, Thursday, February 26th, Friday, February 27th and Saturday, February 28th at the Leslie Towne Center.

Sealed bids will be accepted until Monday, November 10th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Leisure Services administrative office located at 10 East Broad Street, Cookeville, TN.  38501. Bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Father Daughter 2026 Food Bid”.

The City of Cookeville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Caterer Qualifications:

Caterer must have at least five years’ experience in large event catering.

Caterer must provide three to five examples of catering meals for other similar size events.

Catering staff must wear professional attire, preferably black slacks and either white or black collared shirt.

Buffet style meal with four separate buffet lines.
Salad and dessert will be preset on the table.
Two drink stations that Leisure Services personnel will staff.
Caterer to provide all dishes and flatware.
Leisure Services staff will provide tables, chairs and table linens.

Note: This event is host to 350 people each evening. Guests begin arriving at 5:45pm and the buffet will begin at 6:30pm.
