Naval Sea Systems Command intends to procure point of service coolers via a sole source order with VT Milcom Inc, located in Virginia Beach, VA. VT Milcom is the only source with the expertise and knowledge to meet the Government's delivery requirements to support in-yard need dates.
This notice is not a request for proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement. Generic capability statements that do not specify how it will fulfill these requirements will be deemed non-responsive without any further communication from the Government. All responsive expressions of interest received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred to submit a response to this synopsis; any costs associated with responding to this synopsis are solely at the expense of the source submitting the information. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
