REQUEST FOR FORMAL WRITTEN PROPOSALS FOR DIRECTIONAL BORING

The City of Saint Peter, Department of Public Works, Electric Utility, is requesting formal written proposals for Directional Boring for the City of Saint Peter.

Please provide per-foot pricing for the three duct sizes listed below.  Pricing to be guaranteed for the entire 2026 calendar year.  Pricing includes the cost to complete the bore from start to finish.   This may include mobilization, boring, excavation, locating existing facilities, and restoration of any land disturbed.

Pricing will reflect favorable/normal soil conditions.  Additional charges due to rock, cobblestone, or alternate excavation methods will be negotiated on a per-job basis.  The City of Saint Peter will provide the duct and “Land Disturbing” Permit.

Please return a signed proposal on your company letterhead.
