Remove and dispose of existing lead-acid batteries and the purchase and install 40 new sodium nickel battery modules for communication building. Provide Ethernet remote monitoring capabilities. Additional electrical power infrastructure, supporting critical backup power from the batteries, is to be provided and installed by the Contractor. This will consist of removal and disposal of the existing power invertors, installation of two new 100-amp power invertors and two 70-amp to replace the existing power invertors, and installation of 52 new locking overhead dual power 20-amp electric outlets within the area of the newly installed equipment. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in the attached Statement of Work.
