City of Fort Saskatchewan

The City of Fort Saskatchewan invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide Project Management services for the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The successful proponent will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Fort Saskatchewan is undertaking a major ERP system replacement to modernize and integrate core functions including finance, procurement, human resources/payroll, and asset management. The current system (Microsoft Dynamics GP) is reaching its end of life. The new ERP solution will support improved data integrity, operational efficiency, and decision-making. Implementation is expected to begin in Q1 2026 and span 18–24 months.
