Summary

The City is looking for a qualified firm to perform professional services to provide assistance with construction observation and inspection services. Additional services such as plan review, traffic study review, storm-water management evaluation, structural engineering services, and floodplain study review may also be requested.

Background

The anticipated workload could range from 30-40 hours a week from March through December. Tasks other than construction inspection will be covered under a task order that will require separate approval. Material testing during construction inspection is not required.
