For this solicitation, Department of Defense intends post an RFQ on GSA Ebuy. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912CH25RL014 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339940 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids.

Amendment 0001

The purpose of the amendment to solicitation W912CH25RL014 is to change the quantity from 0 to 16 and add DFARS clause 252.204-7003 Control of Government Personnel Work Product on the solicitation notice regarding HSM SECURIO P36i High Security L6 Optical Media Combo Shredder posted on Sam.gov.

DFARS clause 252.204-7003 Control of Government Personnel Work Product has been added and is incorporated by reference.

As prescribed in 204.404-70 (b), use the following clause:

CONTROL OF GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL WORK PRODUCT (APR 1992)

The Contractor’s procedures for protecting against unauthorized disclosure of information shall not require Department of Defense employees or members of the Armed Forces to relinquish control of their work products, whether classified or not, to the Contractor.
